With Mr. Olympia just around the corner, I walk you through exactly how I organize all my meals — from my morning “magic potion” to support digestion, all the way to the chicken, carbs, and veggies that fuel my day. I also show you how little time it actually takes to get everything ready (just 30 minutes!) when you stay organized, and why I stick to simple, easy-to-digest foods and keep the same sources throughout the day to avoid upsetting digestion during prep.
You’ll see how I make my breakfast cream of rice with protein, cook all 800 grams of chicken in one go, use rice cakes when I’m out and about, and add fennel to help digestion. The takeaway is simple: taking care of your nutrition matters — for performance, for health, and for staying consistent — and carving out half an hour to prep your meals is something anyone can do.
