
Hi, I’m Alessandro Cavagnola, an Italian IFBB Pro Men’s Physique bodybuilder and fitness influencer. I was born in Brescia, Italy, a historic city in Lombardy known for its rich Roman heritage, Renaissance architecture, and vibrant industrial and cultural life. I am currently based out of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
After dabbling in various sports, I migrated towards bodybuilding and fitness, where I began as a personal trainer. I entered my first Men’s Physique competition at the 2018 Dennis James Classic in Germany where I earned my IFBB Pro Card — a moment that turned a lifelong dream into reality. Since then, I’ve secured multiple IFBB Pro show victories (including titles at the 2024 Europa Pro and Pro Muscle Pro in Italy) and qualified for the Mr. Olympia four times — stepping onto the sport’s biggest stage as a four-time Olympian.

My success on stage opened doors beyond competition. I’ve worked with photographers in the fitness field both in Italy and around the world as a fitness and bodybuilder model. I’ve also built an online community of nearly 300,000 followers on Instagram, where I share fitness content, training tips, and competition updates. I’ve also been proud to represent major fitness brands as a sponsored athlete. These partnerships allow me to connect with a wider audience and inspire fitness enthusiasts around the world. Alongside competing, I’m a fitness coach dedicated to helping others achieve their goals.

My training philosophy is all about consistency, balance, and a positive mindset. I believe in building a body that’s not only aesthetic but also healthy and functional. To me, progress happens when you stay patient and push through even the toughest moments. Growth often comes right when you’re about to give up, so never quit on yourself.

My goal is to inspire others to push beyond limits, not just in the gym, but in every area of life.
