Today I want to share a YouTube video that’s a little different from my usual training content.
In this session, I’m training with Alice, who has a personal goal for 2026: stepping on stage for her first Bikini competition. We’ve crossed paths before at events, and when she reached out to work together, I immediately respected her mindset. She’s disciplined, polite, and serious about the process.
In the video, we go through a training session focused mainly on the lower body, and I explain how I approach coaching someone early on: looking at structure, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and adjusting execution so the right muscles are doing the work. You’ll see how small technical changes — body position, angles, tempo, and control — can completely change where the tension goes, especially in areas like glutes and glute medius, which are central in Bikini. I also talk about why “diet” shouldn’t feel like a complicated concept — it’s simply the habit of taking care of what you put into your body.
If you’re interested in coaching, contest prep, or simply training smarter, this video gives a real behind-the-scenes look at how I think and how I coach — and how I use feedback from the athlete to build the most effective plan moving forward.
