In this YouTube vlog, I’m taking you with me through my last full day in Dubai (for now) and showing what my routine looks like when the goal is recovery. After a demanding stretch of training and dieting, this day was all about resetting my body before heading back to Europe — starting with a back workout at Binous, one of my favorite gyms in Dubai because it has everything in one place: training, food, and recovery.
Because I’m in a recovery phase, I keep the session low intensity, focusing on clean execution over heavy load. I bring fundamentals back into the program with deadlift-style work from the floor, plus a loaded pull-up machine, a T-bar-style row, and higher-rep pump work to drive blood flow and nutrients into the muscles. I also talk about a trigger point on my left lat and how it affects activation and connection through the rear delt.
After training, the day continues at a clinic where I share how I approach recovery and health management as a professional bodybuilder. You’ll see parts of my ozone therapy and IV therapy session — tools I use to support regeneration, reduce stress on the body, and stay on top of my health.
