In this session I take you with me into a back workout in Dubai, training alongside Karimi and another well-known local athlete. I love days like this — new energy, new eyes on my technique, and the chance to pick up small details that make a huge difference. We kicked things off heavy, then shifted through moderate and high-volume work, breaking everything down with a focus on execution. The guys pushed me hard, especially on fixing my weak points and dialing in better activation. Even with travel chaos and low calories, I reminded myself — and you — that plans can change, but the goal doesn’t.
What I really enjoyed was the technical breakdowns. We talked a lot about training with intention, not ego — using smart cues, adjusting angles, and understanding how small changes can shift the tension from rear delts to the lats or traps. I’m still working on stabilizing my left side, and sessions like this help me understand what to reset and rebuild in the off-season. The energy was incredible, the tips were on point, and it was a great reminder of why I love training with people who lift you up — literally and mentally.
