Recently, I had the chance to train back with Coach Hessan at Dubai’s Binous Gym — something we’d been planning for a while. My focus was on adding more width and shape to my lats. We concentrated on a few key movements, performed with control, tension, and full range.
What stood out in this session were the small technical adjustments — the kind that completely change how a muscle works. Training smart and staying precise always delivers more than chasing numbers.
