Four weeks out from the Olympia, Andrei Deiu and I finally linked up in Miami for a full shoulder session and posing practice. Even on very low calories and tight weight limits, we focused on clean form, controlled intensity, and staying sharp this close to the stage. After training, we walk through posing, physique checks, and the small details that make a big difference on show day. Prep isn’t glamorous, but every day is one day closer to the Olympia — and one day closer to that post-show gelato.
