With the weight holding perfectly after yesterday’s refeed and conditioning sharper than ever, we walk through the day’s routine: light training to stimulate circulation, strategic carb intake, posing checks, and preparation for tonight’s meet & greet with the fans. This is one of my best forms yet — leaner than Santo Domingo but still full — and we’re fine-tuning every detail to present the best package possible on stage.
In the second part of the video, we go behind the scenes of tanning, talk about how to manage color application for athletes, and break down the final meals of the day, including clean carb sources and fast sugars used to fill out without spilling. I also share some important thoughts on posing, athlete mindset, and how easy it is to overthink when feedback comes in — but also how valuable it is to trust the process and stay steady.
