Olympia 2025 has finally arrived — and in this episode I take you through the most important day of the entire journey. After weeks of pressure, peak-week adjustments, tanning sessions, and final refeeds, show day becomes a moment of release: the tension lifts, the work is done, and all that’s left is to step on stage and enjoy the process. The physique held perfectly, the carb load responded well, and waking up in improved condition was already a personal victory. This is the side of bodybuilding people rarely see: the calm before the storm, the gratitude, and the desire to inspire others — whether newcomers, young athletes, or anyone looking to grow mentally and physically through this sport.
But after pre-judging, reality hits. In the second half of the video, we unwind, clear our minds, and talk honestly about what happened. From grabbing a post-show meal with friends to decompressing after the stress, I share the raw thoughts that come when expectations don’t match the results. Even with a disappointing placing, the goal is to stay rational, analyze what went wrong, and build a strategy for the next step — because setbacks are part of the journey, and improvement never stops. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the support; it means everything during moments like these.
